Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence.
Where clouds meet the trees. A debut collection featuring a series of hand felted art pieces.
Every piece begins with raw sheep’s wool and ends as a finished original – with every step in between carried out by hand.
Rooted in the artist’s Norwegian heritage and crafted in Britain, each artwork brings together Norwegian and British wool, celebrating the character and natural qualities of these materials. The wool is carefully hand-felted layer by layer, building the surface slowly until it achieves the desired density and texture needed to perform both visually and acoustically.
The floating frame is individually hand built from either high-quality oak or pine, complementing the natural warmth and tactility of the felt.
Every element is considered as part of the whole. Together, the wool, craftsmanship and oak frame create an acoustic artwork that works together to soften sound while adding warmth, texture and character to your interior.
Heritage meets contemporary design
For Norwegian artist Lise Meyrick, working with wool is more than a craft – it is a connection to her heritage.
Born and raised in Norway, surrounded by the dramatic landscapes of the mountains, forests and skies of her childhood, Lise has always been drawn to the textures, colours and changing qualities of nature. Today, living and working in London, these influences continue to shape her artistic practice.
Her acoustic artworks bring this heritage into a contemporary setting, combining traditional hand-felting techniques with a modern understanding of sound, space and interior design.
Each piece begins with raw wool. The fibres are carefully layered and felted by hand, building up the artwork gradually until it reaches the density, depth and texture required. No two pieces are ever the same; each carries the subtle variations of the natural wool and the marks of the handmade process.
The finished felt artwork is paired with a frame, individually hand built from high-quality oak or pine. The warmth and natural character of the timber complement the softness and texture of the wool, while the construction allows the artwork to sit away from the wall and become an integral part of the space.
The result is where heritage meets contemporary design: a piece of acoustic art shaped by craft, made with wool from both Norway and Britain, and created by hand in the UK.
Every element works together to create an artwork that is designed not only to be looked at, but experienced – bringing warmth, texture and visual depth to an interior while helping to soften and control the acoustics of the space.
